The Process
We start by evaluating your 12 month KWH consumption, we get this information from one of or previous electric bills. We are able to accurately estimate your consumption with one bill. If you have several old bills laying around thats even better.
We then send that information to one of the design geeks.
They fire up the fancy wiz-bang imaging software and before you know it there is a solar system measured out and specifically designed for you. They take into consideration the average peak sunlight per day, positioning of the roof, solar panel angles, degradation over the years and a ton more. Yep they’re pretty smart, we’re actually lucky to have them because there is an art to designing an efficient system that will preform optimally for decades to come. Our designers do just that.
We then determine which one of our industry leading top tier panels and inverters will work best for your particular project
That’s when the pencil sharpeners come out. We use the best equipment and price it very aggressively. It’s simple, feature the best products our industry has to offer and provide them at the absolute best pricing guaranteed!!

Federal Solar Tax Incentives
The federal government is encouraging your independence from the utility company with attractive tax credits. When you install a solar system, 26% of your total project costs (including equipment, permitting and installation) can be claimed as a credit on your federal tax return. Here’s an example for 2020, If you spend $10,000 on your system, you owe $2,600 less in taxes the following year.
Unlike a deduction a tax credit is a dollar-for-dollar reduction of the income tax you owe.
$1 credit = $1 less you pay in federal income tax. There is a value to this credit even if you get a refund check from the IRS.
If you're serious about solar we strongly urge you to take advantage of the 26% credit in 2020, before it shrinks down to 22% in 2021.
We love solar but hate accounting. It’s obvious we’re not tax experts. We do everything we can to provide accurate advice, but please check with your tax expert to be sure you’re eligible to claim the credit. To claim the federal solar tax credit, you will fill out form 5695.
